We design our products to be beautiful and lasting.

However, if you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the day you received it to request a return.

2. Piece you want to return

We’ll promptly be in touch with you to guide you through the return process and facilitate your refund. To ensure eligibility, please ensure that every item being returned is in its original, unused condition, with all labels and hangtags intact. Any piece that shows any sign of use or imperfection will not qualify for a return. 

We stand for sustainable fashion, which means that we want to promote less waste, less pollution, and conscious shopping decisions. To encourage this we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. 

Should you require an exchange of product or size, you'll be responsible for the return shipping expenses, while we'll cover the costs for shipping the new item to you. In the case of a full return, the amount will be credited back to your account using the same payment method you originally selected.
